I bought a new laptop, it have an ATI Radeon mobility hd 2600 graphic card, but when i run the game some of the graphics doesn't appear, like the trees it apear like a white X with a lot of letter is my graphic card not compatible???

To know if your card is compatible you should visit the official sims 2 site. All the cards supported for the latest ep you have install are listed.
Make sure you updated your video drivers too.
