Hello All, this is my first Sims2 upload anywhere, so please be gentle!  This is my monestary, St. Michael’s Monastery.  In my game, it is on the island called Michael’s Vineyard, the community was named after the Vineyard at the Monastery.  The Monastery was the first lot in this city.  The city has grown up around this lot!  It is a medium/large sized lot with a Church, a wine shop and living quarters enough for 4 priests or brothers (I have priests in my game; I would love brothers, but could not find friar’s robes!), there is also a small vineyard in the back of the lot.  To earn their keep, the priest have a small Wine shop where they sell their home made wine, bread and candles.  I did not make it as a business for OFB, but it can be easily converted!  There is a lot of room to grow on the second floor is anyone wants/needs to expand the place.

EDIT by beosboxboy: Sims2Pack Clean Installer cleaned file added to post

Following is a list of credits for items used in this lot.  Thank you so much to all the fine creators who made these wonderful creations and reshaped our Sims2 towns with their talent!  If anyone notices that I have forgotten you, please write me a private message and I will be happy to correct my post and give credit!  The bottom line is, I do not take credit for any creation I have used, I am not a creator, I just put together a building that was what I wanted in my game.  I hope you enjoy it too!

Note 1: (Important)  Using clean installer, I have found an object called phone line installer that shows up as a hack.  I do not know what it is and did not intentionally include it in this lot.  Because I do not know what it is, I left it in.  You will need to remove it if you don’t want it to show up in your game.

Note 2:  Some of these items were downloaded for use in this lot, but not actually used in its’ creation.  I still thought it would be good to include their credit for those who may want to modify the lot to suit their own taste!

You can find the following items at Sims2Gara.  They are on pages 1 and 2 under objects and build, gara mesh, I also included some doors from build, gara mesh:

I had it set up as a 'residence'  Those who live there can marry, but I am not sure about others.
