Yay for Mello and Matt! =P Matt has always been seme in my mind... especially 'cause that's the way he is in ALL the fanart I've seen. Ahh... Mello in pigtails. xD He just seems wayyyy too... y'know to be the seme. I mean, he wears tight leather, eats chocolate, long-ish hair, he's more spazzy, plus Matt smokes and that is just trademark seme behaviour.
That's just my opinion, but that seems like the way it should be, considering Mello's character in the anime, not just in fanart.

Truetrue... but the stuff that I've been reading... (way too x-rated for this forum xD) Usually it's that Matt is either a puppy dog house-wife who plays seme when Mello doesn't feel like it, or that it starts off with Mello as seme but Matt finishes it off. xD Yeah, Mello can be quite... well... uke, but he's pretty aggressive by nature, as well as impulsive... Matt's personality is pretty seme, but he just doesn't care enough to do anything (except for playing video games.) And maybe too cause the Mello's scars in the yaoi make him a little scarier.
