is there a mod that allows a sim to see other residential or community lots from theirs, please help because im considering a series.

If you have Nightlife(?), you can see other residental lots.

Look in your graphics setup.

NO I MEANT DOES ANYONE HAVE A MOD THAT ALLOWS A SIM TO VIEW OTHER LOTS FROM THEIRS WITHOUT AN EXPANSION PACK??

You should have mentioned you wanted something which doesn't have any EP requirements. There is no need to be rude and start yelling, you know.

As far as I know, seeing other lots from the one you're presently playing in is only possible if you have NL or a later pack. No mod to the best of my knowledge has been made allowing the viewing of other lots from your home lot.
