Giving Gifts

My Sims want to give gifts.  I have no idea how to do that.  Please help!!

Depending on which EP you have, you can send him/her downtown and buy something. Then, when he/she gets home, click on that Sim, and you should get an option that says, give gift.

or put some furniture/an object in their inventory. no need for going downtown

if you've got seasons, you can even give away fishes and fruits/vegetables

right, or if you've got Bon Voyage, you can give away the old boots they found when searching for a treasure!

I tried to put something in inventory and give it to someone.  It didn't give me the option to give them a gift when I clicked on the other Sim.  I guess I need to go shopping. LOL

they may need to be friends for the option to show - at least to know each other.

You can give gifts as long as you have seasons... Part of the Christmas on Winter thingy...
