As requested:
This mod only allows children & teens add soap to the fountains.
 
9/25/06 I updated both versions you can now make adult & older sims put soap in the fountains, I also updated them for GLS.

**If you downloaded the previous version remove the file "onlyteens&childrenaddsoapnoautonomous.package" before installing noAutonomousAddSoap.package**

EP1 or greater is required to use this mod.
This mod is compatible with FFS & GLS.

Only download one file.
onlyteens&childrenaddsoapV1.0a.zip(autonomous)
noAutonomousAddSoap.zip(no autonomous)
