I created this house a while ago. I had problems with the roof being too high. But everything seem to be sorted out eventually.  Thanks to everyone who helped with me fixing the roof problem.

This two story house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living area, a greenhouse, a garage, a bbq area and a neat and tidy garden. It comes unfurnished and undecorated except for the garden, which has a bbq, table and chairs.

The only custom content is from HolySimoly: http://www.holysimoly.com/
Custom Content: Victorian Gate
                        Victorian Quaint Fence in White
Walls- Tulip Grove Weatherboard in Pea Green, Tulip Grove Weatherboard Left Edge in Pea Green, Tulip Grove Weatherboard Right Edge in Pea Green.

Lot size: 3x3
Price: $ 65,016

I have all expansions and stuff packs.

You can upload my creations with your sim or lot or neighbourhood but only to free sites, not the exchange and no paysites. You can credit too if you wish. If a creation I have created has custom content from another artist please ask them for permission first to upload with your neighbourhood. I have all expansions and stuff packs.
