This is my first lot upload... EVER! :blob6:
Requested by WickedStar7 - She liked the original house from my pic thread, but since my game went glitchy, I had to re-install and make it from scratch again. I hope you like it!! Cheesy

Little Irish Starter

 
Features:
*2x2 lot
*3 spacious bedrooms
*2 full bathrooms
*a little hall closet (or 1/2 bath)
*kitchen/dining combo
*living room
*cute covered entrance!
*small front garden areas: left and right of entrance
*can easily expand upwards, if needed

 
All for just $19,910!

 

 

 
Minimally Furnished
double bed, toilet, table and chair, counters, oven, sink, fridge, sofa, wall phone, burglar alarm, fire alarm

 
REQUIRES OFB for the 3-tile window in front
Some of the wallpaper may come from other EPs, too, but I don't know.
Other than that, it's all base game! Simply use Clean Installer if it gives you any problems! Cheesy

 
If you'd like me to do a fully furnished and decorated version, just ask! If there's any interest, I certainly will! Wink

it's a cute house, but how is this Irish? I've not seen many houses around that look like this, lol. (I'm from Ireland :tongue5:)
