Building (a)-Building in blueIt has from 3 apartments & 2 Rooms they all has their own private bathrooms and entrances.it also has fire scape ladder.i like the idea of split apartments i did left the first floor has just room for rent as i call it because their was not enough space for a studio or apartment so hope ya like it.
Building (b)-Building in RedIt has three studio apartment with private entrances and own bathrooms.very nice for a couple or a single Sims.this building has two entrances one at front and back.
also it has three garages at back.is good for storages.
