Just incase you think the home is Lacking some extra rooms i will tell you some easy ways to get that extra space, without cramping on style!

Q: I just wish the house had some more bedrooms! how can I do that?
A: If you look in the basement the Rec room is a fairly large room, if you close off the back 1/2, that can make a 4X4 bedroom! plus a 4X4 open Rec room!

Q: I need another bathroom on the main floor! How can I do that?
A: If you need another bathroom you can close off the carpeted part of the master, switch the carpet for tiles and you have a brand new bathroom that is open to the hall, and bedroom 2!

Q: The living room is to small for my furniture, how can I make it bigger without changing the outer walls?
A: If you really wanted to, you could make it 1sq. bigger on the right, but then you would have an awkward single tile hall in the front, so i suggest you do my next plan; Take out the walls separating the kitchen, to the dining room, and switch the dining room furniture with the living room stuff!

Thank you for taking the time to read this! i hope it helped you!

I for one, really like the houses you've put up so far. Your layouts are so unique but still playable. Thanks, CaseyRose.
