I'm looking for really nice make-up (Professional looking, I guess?). Does anyone know of a website that has a selection, or a creator that is known for their make-up?

Bruno at mts2 has an amazing array, also http://www.rensims.com, and many others. I would start with bruno and ren and go from there.
