P.S I made this lot Custom for this house, it is extremely long and very thin! it works perfect in small areas of town!

Just in case any of you are wondering what that random room at the front is,
It can be used as a Sitting room, Skilling room, Even a bedroom! Or if you want to add some realism, Use it as a laundry room!

The back rec room could easily be used as a bedroom, Maybe the master? and the 'Third' Floor room could be used as a Living room, Bedroom, Nursery, or put your pesky teen sims up there! What teen doesn't want their own floor? i know i do!

I love this house so much I am going to make a Furnished version for everyone! Be sure to look out for it today!
