Camelot University Dorm

A comfortable dorm for 3 students, containing everything your Sims need to study and relax.

Game tested - Briefly
Furnished - Yes
Custom Content - Yes (credits supplied below)
Plus some of my own recolours, walls, floors, showers curtains, rainbow bedding etc
See my MTS2 creator page for more downloads - Same username as here moonlight_muse
Lot Cleaned with clean installer, no hacks

I rarely use Maxis dorms in my game, preferring to give my Sims a little bit more luxury in nicer surroundings.
This is my most recent Dorm.
I have all the expansion packs (not stuff packs) and I think I've probably used something from each one, so you will probably need to have at the very least, University, NL, BV, Seasons, Freetime for the BBQ
You will also need CEP installed for the custom content and recolours to show up

Lot size 2 x 3
Number of students - 3  (or 4 if you have a couple willing to share a double bed)
Plenty of other sofa's and loungers, so more sims could stay in the dorm too
First rental bill size - around 400 simoleans, but less as time goes on
Dorm rooms - 3 (2 downstairs and 1 large ensuite upstairs)
If you've got a favourite sim, then have them rush upstairs to claim the large bedroom.
Bathrooms - 2 (excluding ensuite)
Communal shower room - 1
Communal kitchen - with cook
Hall - with phone and desk/computer for study or play
TV room
Rec Room upstairs (drum kit, chess, bookcase, mirror, phone, darts etc)
Roof terrace - Chill out area, great for parties.  Bar, Seating, Table/chairs, BBQ, lighting, smoke detector, hammock, stereo, and artist’s easel.
Terrace partly covered with glass canopy so students can still enjoy the area when it rains.

Outside
Pool with slide
Hot tub
Loungers and small pretty garden area
Small pond out front (not suitable for fishing)
Fenced garden - Gates are not lockable but you could replace them with ones updated for Pets expansion pack - Good idea if you don't want
the trash bin being kicked over Cheesy  It's situated behind the fence next to the pond.

Thanks to all the other custom content creators above

To Install - Unzip the rar file to a folder or desktop and then double click the sim2pack icon.
You should get a blue box telling you install is complete.
In game find the dorm in your University lot bin

Very nice dorm. Wish they were all like that at real college.
