Help! How do i make proffessional clothes?

Is there anyway or a tutorial to make this kind of proffessional clothes?

I dunno how they manage to make such nice clothes but could someone please direct me to a site which has a tutorial on how to do the textures and realisim on these clothes? thanks very much
