Does your sim want a 3 story house but only has $20,000 simoleons? Well this house is the house for your sim. Created on Marylou's 1x1 lot available here: this house comes fully furnished  and mostly decorated. Everything your sim needs to start is included in this house. The half wall(black) was created by Jlonier available here:

And the recolours are  by piggisims(bon voyage dresser, BV side table, BV double bed couch, satinistics couch-maxis couch, Dialectric Ready Preo Range oven-white recolour).

The house has one bedroom located on 2nd floor, a bathroom located on the 3rd floor with other stuff there and the 1st floor contains kitchen/dining room/tv room in one. No garden for your sim to pay a gardener for. So this is the perfect starter home for your sim!

I have all expansions and stuff packs. And thanks to all the above mentioned artists for their creations.

You can upload my creations with your sim or lot or neighbourhood but only to free sites, not the exchange and no paysites. You can credit too if you wish. If a creation I have created has custom content from another artist please ask them for permission first to upload with your neighbourhood. I have all expansions and stuff packs.
