From what I can see you've:
- Deleted groups.cache, accessory.cache, cigen.package,
- Deleted the various Thumbnails packages,
- Moved all of your downloads out of the game,
- Moved saved sims out of your game
Using the latest EP that you have, put disk 2 (OFB would be disk 1) into your CD drive. Use Windows Explorer to browse to it.
Open compressed.zip and navigate into the CSBin folder. Extract the TS2BodyShop.exe to Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 \CSBin\TS2BodyShop.exe.
This in effect reinstalls Bodyshop without having to reinstall the complete game.
One other thing you may want to check. Look in C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 and see if you have a Downloads folder there.
