It's my remake of medium lot "Rdzeń" from Downtown. Sculpture on front - Combination of a water - jet and pillar is a symbol of natural earth energy.

This is full version of Rdzen - lot not included non-maxis's objects. It's "clean". You need The Sims2 and extension pack - University, NL OFB and Glmour.

Hmm. It's full version of Rdzen, like on photos, but I don't use custom objects. All posters, pictures, signs - this are - wallpapers.
