hotkeys for mac

by default mac hotkeys f1-10 are for mac functions. is there a way to change this for in game use. There are a few cheats that require an f key (hide console for one)

Yes. I do not know the correct wording for this on english, since my system is on norwegian. But I'll try and explain. Press the apple in the left corner and go to "system choices" (where you modify everything that has to do with your mac) Enter "keyboard and mouse". Go into keyboard. Now, there should be a box that says something like "use all hotkeys (F1, F2 etc) as standard hotkeys (when this choice is checked, hold in the FN button to use the specialfunctions on the keys)

What that last line means:
When you tick that box, all the hotkeys will work as they should ingame, in bodyshop and so on. To i.e. change the volume, you will need to hold the FN button in the lower left corner of the keyboard, while you press the F4 button.
