It works for me also but I think there may be another mod that conflicts with this because so far 2 people that I'm aware of reported it's not working for them.

I know it's the strangest thing that only 2 of you that I'm aware of are having the same problem.
do you have a link to the collection @ mts2 that you are using? so I can try it in my game to see if it causes any problems.

edit: or if you could attach the .zip file to your reply I will download it.

I think your going to have to go through your downloads and disable the other hacks not made by me to see what is conflicting with this hack, the other person who was having the same problem as you found a bunch of filenames with random numbers & disabled them and now it's working for them; I tried that collection & am still not having any problems in my game.

Have you downloaded any houses for your sims? if so one may have installed a hack that you are unaware of.

Sorry, I can't recognize the hack I disabled since it's just a bunch of numbers.

When I first tested this mod, after I restocked one crafted item, I found a lot of junk items that can only be deleted by move_objects on in my inventory. After I deleted those things. I tried restocking a crafted item, the out of stock sign disappears.

CyberOps: check your sims' inventories. If you found junk stuff in there, that might have caused the signs to disappear.

Off topic, but somewhat related...
If it's still not working, I have a sugesstion (alternate way)

1. type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true on the cheat window
2. SHIFT+click on the out of stock sign
3. Choose *Fake Restock

You will still get the annoying message "there are no crafted items in the owner's inventory", but your crafted items will still be restocked.
