Before my huge computer crash when I was using both insim. and inteen. I had a problem with every female sim giving birth to boys only.

The same thing is happening again.
I was just wondering what could cause this.
I was told that it could just be my game, but before using insim. and inteen. there was a balance of boy babies and girl babies. But after installing insim. and inteen. it's only boys that are born.
I don't see how it could just be "the game" seeing as how the last game I had did the same thing.
I was also told that neither the insim. or inteen. should cause this, but I can't think of anything else.

I had a few female sims have a baby without the use of either the insim. or inteen. and the babies were still boys.

And they always seem to take after the mom.
For example, I had a white man and black girl have a baby and it was a boy but the skin tones didn't "blend". And the baby had the same skintone and eye color and even MAKEUP as the mom.

What could I do about this?

It's true.  Neither InSim or Inteen, used singly or in combination, can effect the gender of newborn babies.  The game generates the gender at the time of birth using a really poor pseudo-random number generator.  Get the FFS Lot Debugger from MATY and use it to reseed the number generator.

I found the only way i could have some semblance of control over the gender of the baby would be to save when my sim went into labour before she gives birth. If I wanted a boy, and got a girl, I'd exit without saving and re-start the game. It might take a few (or a lot) of tries, but you'll eventually get the gender you want.

Well, I will try the lot debugger.

I do remember that eventually I started seeing more of a balance between boy and girl babies. But it took a while, and I have no idea what I did (if I even did anything) to "fix" it.

It just seems strange to me that with both games (the first being the base game and the Nightlife EP, the second being The Sims 2 Deluxe) that I've had there was a good balance of boy and girl babies UNTIL I started using insim. and inteen. Not saying that this is what's causing this, as I've been told that it's not, but it just seems strange.

Anyway, where would I find this lot debugger?

Found the lot debugger.
Not really sure how to use it, and when I put it on my lot the game crashed. So, I'm assuming that I wasn't using it correctly since the manual said that it will cause problems if used incorrectly.

BUT, another interesting thing occured.
I used the insim. reproductive adjustor to get a female sim pregnant, and she had a girl. And so did the other two that got pregnant from the reproductive adjustor.

All female sims that got pregnant the "normal" way had boys.
