That just means you're missing the required meshes for the hairs. If you mouse over them while either in CAS or Bodyshop, the tooltips may give you an idea of who created them and where they came from. That way you can do a search on the internet for the original site they came from, and the possible locations of where the mesh downloads are.
But to answer the question fully, yes, they are safe to delete. :angel:
