I've been playing a married couple in Sim State University and the wife accidently got pregnant. I didn't even realize until she changed into maternity clothes. Anyway, she had the baby in a dorm, but there wasn't enough room for the whole family so I moved them into a house. So my questions are these: A) When the baby grows into a child, will he be able to go to school? and B) When the parents leave college, will the baby go with them?

I'm guessing the answer to your questions is Yes.
That's the best I can offer seeing as I don't own University.
