This is Tamsin Egerton as Chelsea, from a movie across the pond called St. Trinians. I believe she's a "posh totty". XD

Enjoy, and when I finish Talulah Riley as Annabelle I will upload her. Okay, finished her. Posting after I finish the sim I'm currently working on for one of my favorite singers. XD
