This is the house of a lady artist in Madrid, as close to the original as I remember. There is a gallery where she sells her own and other's paintings. An ample apartment and a painting studio on the roof.

This is a corner lot, and can be placed only at a corner, since both streets are fully functional. Since living in the city doesn't allow for big garages, there is only one inside driveway and if your Sims have more than one car, they have to park in the street. Happily, they can. Also, the tenants use the front door to get in the car pool, taxis, airport cabs and the children's schoolbus, but the service don't (God forbid). They use the side street.

This is a fake rowhouse on a lot that was modified using Mootilda's Lot Adjuster in order to make it only 2X1, and add the side street. There is a shot below to show how it looks with other fake rowhouses next to it.

There is one known issue (not related to the Lot Adjuster). Sometimes, only when both street parking spaces are occupied, after the maid informs that she is finished, and collects her pay, instead of leaving just hangs around looking distressed. Mind you, this is after she's charged for the services, so it doesn't cost you. And anyway, after a short time her van vanishes and she just walks away.
Those street parking spaces are actually driveways recolored with frillen's invisibleDriveway, which frillen kindly authorized me to include here. You must place it in your downloads folder before you load the lot. Otherwise, they will show black.

Special Thanks to:

The lot is almost totally unfurnished, except the gallery which doesn't have any merchandise yet, and the studio. if you don´t want a home business, it can be used to show the paintings to friends.
No CC, except the invisible recolor. And the price is a bargain.
Note:Actually, I have no idea about who lives in that house, but after seeing the gallery on the side street and the garret, I immediately filled in the blanks in my head.

Lot Size: 2x1
Lot Price: 48220
