You will need the underwear mesh for the athlete from here for these to show up in your game.
 
Here are 16 pairs of plain boxer briefs for Marvine's athlete mesh.
 
They are organised into 2 sets with 8 outfits in each set.

Thank you for these.  I use the Athlete for my regular sims instead of the maxis ones.  I just wish someone would make a nice black tux for my Athletic guys weddings.
