Its a beach comunity lot meaning you need a nieghborhood that is beach freindly not all terrians that has beaches are beach freindly There are several on this site and several on Mts2 that are beach lot friendly I had to download one of these just to be able to make the lot. If that dosn't work pm me and I will find you the terrian I used and give you the link.
