ive looked around the residental/community area but cant find a house i like with the right eps so you said i could request so here i am

i was hoping you would be able to create a smaller version of cafe/bar which i really liked with the nice modern look

also could you create this lot:http://www.fabulous-homes.com/villa.aspx?villa=107788
as a residentail with 5 rooms
and a hotel with lots of rooms(around6-7maybe more) of different sizes
and as a luxery apartment with 4 apartments please
i would like the same desgin as in the picture for all lots
could you also create this apartment:
http://www.coilltire.ie/images/apartment-plans_b_big_pic.jpg please and the inside is up to you

im fine with cc(good computer) and please take your time im in no rush

should not be a problem i got my new computer today and have finally uploadedit and got it working so i will be building all my lots very soon i hope you have a lot of patience though as i have a lot of requests to do(computer did not choose the best time to stop working) i'll pm you when i start your lots

im really enjoying playing the house you made for me(you did a brilliant job) and you said i could put up more houses even though you are still doing my cafe and hotel

it would be useful if you could add some more colour to the outside of the house and add plamts to the garden with a swimming pool
