Tell me about it! I zoned mine, used the right doors and everything!

I used changelotzoning apartmentbase

you have to type that while in build mode before you move anyone in. but then when I saved and went back to the neighborhood the price to live there was only $60 - $60 a week??? I dont know how to change that? There was enough stuff on that lot for it to cost more!

Then when I moved them in I couldnt use the phone on the wall I had to put another one up? I couldnt move any furniture??? I could only add?

So I thought mabye I messed up I tried the zoning called

changelotzoning apartmentsublot

Saved and went back to neighborhood and this time the whole lot dissapeared? I dont know what to do?

Not everything you furnish an apartment with stays in the apartment when you rent it to a playable sim.  It does for townies, but playables get the place cleaned out first.

If you have Pets and used the floor strips, they are limiting the size of the rentable space.
