In need! ATI error messages..

just got apt life and made sure my drivers for the video card and direct x were updated. Ever since I updated the driver for ATI Radeon I am getting a crash and a message that reads: "ATI 2dvag display driver has stopped working normally, the system has recovered from a serious error" This has happened three times today while I was building. Now, yesterday the game worked fine when I was playing. Is there a way to take the update that I downloaded from microsoft for the ATI driver out? I wasn't having any problems before? Now, I do have ATI Radeon 7000, though the game box says it needs 8500 or better. But, it said that on the box for BV and I had no problems before. It all started when I updated the driver for the video card. What can I do?

Go to control panel- system - hardware profile. you might need to click properties for the card then there should be an option to roll back the driver.

If you're still having problems, google ATI Drvier and Radeon  There's a guy that has fixes for drivers with the Raedon series, among others.

I have a laptop and it's worked wonders for me.
