Blacked Out Wall Decoration

I have this really annoying glitch in my game. It only happens when I lower wall decorations. When I reload the lot after quiting off of the game any lowered decoration is blacked out. Clicking on the Re-design tool doesn't solve the problem either. Does anyone know what maybe the problem?

Too low with furniture in the room. keep them above the level of the backs of sofas or put them in unfurnished rooms like halls if you want them lower.
