I tried out a different layout for this home. The garage is at the front but separated from the home, giving this home a larger look. I added a small garden area for the entrance of the home and a dirt pathway leading to it.

Mini 29 can be found here: http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=91454

Details:
-   1x2 size lot
-   $13,707 (UF) and $19,901 (F)
-   2 Bedrooms
-   2 Baths
-   requires NL, Pets and OFB
-   no custom content included

Yay! A mini with a garage. I am so spoiled that I am having a hard time not having a car with a house.

It still amazes me how much you can fit into such a small lot! Ha! houses here in So.California on the beach are going for a  couple of million (dollars that is).
Thanks, love your houses.

Thank you, I appreciate the comments everyone Smiley

Those are pricey homes in California, I will never be able to afford such homes. At least we can enjoy playing all sorts of houses, including the luxurious ones, through our games. Smiley
