I use all EP's to create this lot and it was packaged with the Sims2Clean-Installer, so no hacks included.
Note: I used a custom neighborhood to build this lot not Bluewater and I don't know if the water heights need to be adjusted. Please let me know if anyone has problems with this lot. Thanks, and enjoy. :clapp:
