There's a no stray sign over at simlogical.com that I've been using..I have AL.  You just put the sign (found under dec/misc) on your lot and no strays/wolves/skunks appear.
It doesn't stop the penguin though.

I am using this sign and it is working great, you can get it from Here

Pets are not visiting regular community lots anymore so no need to place the sign on those lots.  You only need to place it on the residential lots you do not want those to appear and same for your shops.

I like this version because instead of being global, you can choose on which lots you want to stop them.

It is AL compatible.

noStrayorWolfVisits. still work with AL and I think it doesn't needs any updating.

But strays still will show up, when you use the Genie Lamp (FT) and wish for beauty.

The Skunk after hiking came with FT and Squing-e tooked care of that with

http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=94716.

Since BY there are no strays anymore on communitylots. There are no hacks needed for.

The original mod, NoStrayorWolfVisits, needs to be looked into for a possible update to be compatible with Apartment Life.

Please check here for status information on this mod here.

And yes, I don't think there is a need for a mod to prevent pets from coming to the community lots. If I recall properly, there was a fix for that released by Eaxis awhile back. Make sure you patch each EP with the patches for each EP available.

Excuse, but you looked this patch NoStrayorWolfVisits (prevents stray pets, skunks & werewolf's from visiting home lots ) for possible updating for Apartment Life? I can use it? If this patch is not compatible with Apartment Life, update it, please. I have all EPs, no SPs. Thanks for your work!
