Can I just say another fine job andrew. I was going to post a comment on your apartments as they were stunning but after the asterix poster I just couldn't I was too angry.

just found you great sim andy
now ive finished furnishing blakk mansion (finally) i now have asim to move in, and if i remember rightly i have two coffee machines in there
great work, hope i can join for coffee (just need a self sim)
