downlodes only show up as a peice of  paper we just reset our computer back to its original state as if its brand new and i  need help any idea whats going on

the files will only look like that though if you have simPE installed, without simPE the files in your folder should look like the one attached to this post

I understand about the SimPE.

Basically, they're nothing more than square shapes, like little pieces of paper.
