HELP...Can't install Apartment Life or Double Deluxe!!!!

I have the exact same problem...just bought a new pc. I have reloaded all of my sims 2 expansions with no problem until bon voyage. I do have the pc cd version. I do have a cd/dvd drive. It will not read the autorun file. It is not scratched...barely used.

Simcrow, have you tried installing your game while your computer's in Safe Mode?  It might help in that situation, especially if there's a program on your computer that prevents the autorun.exe file to work on its own.  :angel:

(You can get to it by pressing F8 when the computer first boots up, before the OS loading screen comes up.  After the menu comes up, you can either choose "Safe Mode" or "Safe Mode with Networking".)
