The mod reduces the lifetime want requirements as listed below:
 
Max 7 Skills changed to 5.
Woohoo with 20 sims changed to 10.
Have 20 Simultaneous Best Friends changed to 10.
Have 20 Simultaneous Lovers changed to 10.
Have 6 Grand Children changed to 3.
1st Date and Dream Date changed to 10.
Own 5 Top Businesses changed to 3.
Have 3 Children Graduate from College changed to 2.
Eat 200 Grilled Cheese changed to 75.
Marry off 6 children changed to 3.
Raise 20 Puppies or Kittens changed to 10.
Have 20 Simultaneous Pet Best Friends changed to 10.
Have 6 Pets Reach the Top of Their Careers changed to 3.

I'd like to know what this does? I'm trying to tune LTWs for my own purposes using your package and I understood the other package (I think). I'd like to know what is being edited in Woohoo.package? Tnx

Thank you for a quick reply.
Well, I took a look again at the package, and I observed in both tuning lines of the BCON file sthg called "min value", and in both of them it is 10 (in dec).
Is that value I have to change to my desired value (let's say: 40)?

What about this?
1st "tuning" line: 0x7 0x000A Quantity for x (DEC: 10)
2nd "tuning" line: 0x7 0x0002 Quantity for x (DEC: 2) :doh:

Were it not for that value 10 in 1st "tuning" line I'd be happy and wouldn't bother you again...

EDIT: I tested this, with that mentioned value changed to "40" and it appears in game as "Woohoo with 40 diff. Sims". I still didn't test it fully (in the sense that a Sim had acctually had 40 woohoo partners.) Am I doing it right?!

The second tuning is for Children Graduate from College, for the woohoo you also need to edit the WanTuning.package.
