sims face is lost and vanished -URGENT!!!

hi everybody,plz help if u can...
i was gettin' one of my sims lookin' in the mirror and i wanted to change his look by removin' the glasses,after finish "change look",my sim got off the mirror,but his face was "not normal again",the first thing that happened was a sim face with hair on his whole face,then i entered the mirror again,try to change his look again,finished,left the mirror,his face was now VANISHED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!,try to enter again the mirror (3rd time),the game gave me a small dialouge box sayin'- "error - something - blah blah....do you wish to reset,delete or cancel,the only option that he confirmed was to delete...

my sim was lost....14 sims more got erased,it was a sad day for me...:smt120

Looks like you might have corrupted cc in your game.  Try removing your downloads folder and delete the groups.cache file located in the sims2 folder and see if your sims are back to normal.

If so, something in that download folder in causing all this mess.

hey everyone...
problem with game,here is the technical info:
expensions:uni nightlife ofb pets seasons original game
problem:sims cant change appearence correct
reality check:once changed problem hair over face,then again face vanish,3rd time dialouge box saying there is a problem...options:delete reset or cancel...
the game gives me the only option to delete :blob6:
reality check:12 sims erased :smt120
day 2:the problem grows bigger:once goin' 2 change appearence,the game crashed !!!!!!!

WHAT DA H*LL IS GOIN' ON ?

2 day i delete the group cache,i hope this thang works  me...
