but icarnt make hotels  apartments
and there in spesh lots and how can in
unfreeze it is there a hack orr im

in sims one it lets you build whatever you  want it seems in sims 2 u carnts

No need to hate people for their opinions, meganboogey.  Not everyone is going to like the same thing as everyone else... that's just how the world ticks.  

As for making sense of the post... I'm not quite sure what wanturs is aiming at, other than letting of some steam by not being able to build apartments that she'd like to.  The "spesh lots" I don't quite get, but I'm sure she'll be back to explain.  :smile bi:

I'll attempt to translate (I'm an expert in gobbledygook LMAO):
I asked and found out about the cheat for Apartment Life changelot zoning. I don't have Uni or NL. But I still can't make apartments or hotels even on the special lots for apartments (in the new apartment life hood). How can I unfreeze (release) the building tools. Is there a hack or something. Or am I missing something?

The cheat you're looking for is (and this has done the rounds a thousand times by now I should think)

boolprop aptbaselotspecifictoolsdisabled false
boolprop aptsublotspecifictoolsdisabled false

That should unlock, as far as I know, the building tools for AL in build mode.
