how to keep pregnancy more then just a 3 days? without using simpe to adjust the stage of pregnancy.

you could use InSIM or the Sim Blender to 'suspend' the pregnancy.

If you use InSIM to suspend the pregnancy, make sure you have testing cheats disabled.  It will throw a constant stream of errors due to the way the behavior was implemented.

If you are not running AL and have Inteen, it also has an option to suspend the pregnancy.
