CAS faces and eyes missing since AL!!!

Since installing AL my CAS face options have gone! I cant pick any alternate faces can't change eyes or anything I re-installed AL all my games are genuine retail games but they're still missing does anyone have any suggestions before I do a full re-install? :sad4:

Sounds like something got corrupted during your AL installation. Reinstalling it may be your only option.

However, it may be a CC/hack conflict. Remove your Downloads folder and SavedSims folder (just drag them out to your Desktop), and try running the game again. If CAS is fine, you'll have to begin the oh-so-much-fun hunt for the offending CC/mod.

...if not, reinstall time! Equally as...fun.

Are you opening the AL version of Bodyshop? Usually if you try to open the wrong one it just won't open, but stranger things have happened.

I tried without cc do joy looks like a file is missing im having to try the full re install
