just got free time

after installing , 1st my sims wouldnt have anything to do with anyone else till i removed my downloads and put em back in with some updated ones that were outdated , now all my custom furniture and such shows but none of my custom clothes make up or hair or even the different body types , any clues ? i checked in just body shop not ingame and no cc there , but all my custom furniture and applances , insiminator and mods work just no clothes makeup or anything like that

Make sure the folder is named Downloads, not downloads.  The capital D is important.  If it is named correctly, pull the entire folder to your desktop, start and exit the game, put the Downloads folder back into place and start up again.
