Writing on pictures for stories

I have seen many stories with the title "cover" that says the title of the story and chapter. i was wondering how to do this. thanks so much.

Use your paint program.

Open whatever picture you want, Click on the text tool and where you want to put the writing, type away, save it, and your good to go.

i knew to do that but where are the pictures located

Wherever you put them.

If you're talking about pictures you took in game, they're in your neighborhood folder. Whichever neighborhood you were playing.
