downloads not there

ancienthighway & dracoamie! thank you for your help! my hair and cloths were not in the game, so i did what you said to do. i renamed my download folder to Download and enabled cc. then restarted my game, then turn it back on. turn my game off. turn the game back on and everything was there.i love this site because you guys help me when i need you. i read everything here so i can learn how to do things. i 48 yrs old and most of you are a lot younger and know alot more, so thank you so much. :blob6:
