Need help saving downloads folder to cd

Hey all, I desperately need your help. I am picking up a new computer tonight as my old one is rapidly dying. I wanted to put my downloads into a folder then email it to myself for access on the new system once I get it up and running, but cannot connect to internet on my old system now. Can I save my downloads into a folder then save that entire folder onto a cd to just install into my new computer once I have all my games loaded onto it?  How do I do that?  I really don't want to try and find all my wonderful downloads to redownload into the new computer as that will take me forever. If you only burn your downloads folder, only your downloads will be saved which is what you seem to want.

If you want to keep some of your hoods, you need to burn your neighborhoods folder too.
