can anyone help me? or maybe tell me ur having the same problem with me.
Here is a list of some apartment life bugs that I encountered:

1. cellphones lost in inventory once you answer a call it disappears

2. cooking skills resets back when you move a family into a new apartment

3. school bus does not pick up kids in apartment it only picks up a kid or a teen when they are an only child, it does not pick up both kid and a teen and yes they can walk but i like it much better when they get picked up.

4. whats up with an invalid apartment its really bugging me hope anybody can produce a hack where in apartments are available for rent even if it is an invalid apartment.

5. iv tried squinge mod pregnancy wear any outfit mod and my roommate/lover moved out without being kicked out. it also causes some jump bugs

6. is the patch at ea games for apartment life worth downloading?

Have you installed the Apartment Life Patch that was released.  That is meant to fix those problems.

For cell phones, if you dont have the latest CEP which enables recolors, get it from mts2

Squinges pregnancy hack is a global hack but has nothing to do anything other enabling clothing for pregnant sims. One of your hacks may be conflicting with another, best to pull them out and check if they're compatable and updated for AL.

When EA releases a patch, it doesnt guarantee most of the problems stated were actually fixed. Somtimes it can help to search insim or other sim boards to see what is effective with installing patches. Back up your game before installing patches, just to be safe.

ok so I installed the new apartment life patch in sims website it fixed my problems
1. cellphones now work properly
2. school bus now picks up multiple kids ( i dunno if the patch fixed the problem i moved in a new family and removed the buggy one i think)
3. cooking skill is retained
4. cars can now be retained when moving to a new apartment

can anyone tell me if installing all the other expansion pack patches without uninstalling or reinstalling them will not cause a problem?

btw when I installed the patch correction the cooking skill bug is still present and I tried building an apartment in which there are 3 floors 1st floor common garage 5 cars 2nd apartments 3rd apartments

BUG:

jump bug everytime i interacted with another sim on the other apartment non-npc my sim wont interact it would jump.

QUESTION:
is it because of the multiple cars?
is it because of hack/mod? I tried getting rid of my mod folder, same problem
is it caused by another apartment life bug?

I love this ep believe me but its really kindda buggy. please help me

I have been playing AL and have loved it, but when I built my own apartments, I get jump bug issues too.  With mine, they stand in one spot and just jump around.  They won't autonomously do anything for themselves and just stand there until they die. I used all maxis stuff.

Didn't have any problems playing the Maxis lots.  A bummer since i spent three days on this apartment lot.

If you have the same problem in a provided apartment, then it would be a bug.  If it's only in your custom built apartments, it may be a problem with the way you built and zoned the apartment.

Yep, I am sure that's what it is.  I just can't figure out what I have done wrong.  I wonder if I built it too big, or with too much stuff?  It is 5 apartments on 3 floors.  Also on the third floor is a common area with a bowling lane, game tables, and some gym equipment. On the second floor is a very small dance club with a DJ booth and a karaoke machine. Outside, there is a playground and a pool.

Could it just be too much?
