ok this lot has two expensive apartments these apartments for for either rich sims who like there space or familys, this one was a lot of fun to build and decorate which i did by request for my friend bdhfsbp2.3. this lot uses all eps upto apartment life and no stuff packs. and i have played the lot so i know it works.:happy8:

Before you rent the apartment:
CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
1.Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
2.Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
3.Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
4.SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
5.If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
6.Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.
