I'm trying to convert Maxis clothing from it's regular style to fit that of Warlok's 34de34 shape and although I've had some success with using the tutorials here using BodyShop, I'd like to make the actual clothing and thus I found a copy of Poser 7 that I was told that I would need and now in the tutorial I'm following by themysticalone, I'm told that previous experience is needed and you need to know how to create new meshes using meshtool and I cannot find a tutorial on here showing me how to do that. I've tried some other sites but Sims2Wiki isn't running right now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I dont think you will find one here, most creators use Milkshape to create meshes(and some Blender)

Ah, you mean this tutorial?
http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=52230
The only thing you need before using this tutorial is to clone a maxis recolor with bodyshop(one you want to convert Smiley )and then use this tutorial:

Damm.....i cant find the right tutorial........thought it came from rose her site but i forgot....
This one you can use also till the part were you going to export the gmdc, you have to switch to TMO's tutorial then Wink

I have trouble finding the gmdc. I'm not familiar with those terms actually.

If you follow the tutorial and made a new meshpackage(wich you linked to the recolor) you must open the mesh package with Simpe.
In it are 4 files, the Shape/Cres/Gmnd and the Gmdc.
Call it a file format if you like because every filename ends with either one of them.
The screenshots in the tutorials also show wats the gmdc.
