I was playing AL and wanted to hire more people, but there were not enough people to hire.  I know there was a mod by Squinge (which I can't find). But is there a another way to get more Eligible sims included in the job pool?  I was thinking that maybe if i Made sims my self and gave the skills, then turned them into townies. would it even work? Please someone give me so insight on this.
