Where Is The Pet Store!

I have pets and I want my sim to go buy a pet BUT I do not know where the store is at. When I'm at the begging of the game and I check out the stores. It does not show me a new store just the one from the first sims game. I just found out how to use Nightlife but when I click on the site for pets it just tells me they are alot of pets on the streets or when I call for taxis to take me to the store it does not show me the pet store as well. Can someone please help me out. Thank you!

You need to add a community lot with a pet store included from the lot bin. It'll be called Pet Shop or something with Pets in the name.

Then call a taxi and you should be able to visit that lot and purchase some stuff for your pets

You can adopt a pet via phone. Option is in 'Services' menu.

When in neighborhood view, you should see a few blue buttons at the top left of your screen.

Click on on of those and you should get the option to place a pet store.

Or, click on the house bin, just below the button you click to create a sim. Scroll those the bin and you'll see a pet store. Just hover your mouse over the choices for a moment.
